Come join our team as a Behavioral Health Associate at Twelve Oaks Recovery! We are seeking a dynamic full-time BHA for second shift (3pm-11:30pm); every other weekend is required. If you are passionate and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those in need through compassionate therapeutic practices while working in a team environment that supports learning and growth, this position is right for you!
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· One or more years’ experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
· 6 months experience performing the duties of a BHA2 preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
· CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
· First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
This position requires a Level 2 Background Screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. In accordance with Florida law, employers must provide applicants with direct access to information about the state's background screening requirements.
