Vantage Point is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Rehab Field Liason/Admissions Specialist to support chemiscal dependency rehabilitation admissions. This remote position includes field-based travel up to a 250-mile radius to build and maintain referral relationships and support timely admissions.
This hybrid role combines field-based referral development with hands-on admissions coordination, serving as a key link between referral sources and internal clinical teams. The ideal candidate will manage referral intake, conduct initial clinical reviews, educate referral partners on program criteria, and coordinate timely admissions while building strong relationships with hospitals, social workers, case managers, and community partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance abuse treatment and may be a nurse (RN/LPN/LVN) or therapist. Candidates with direct substance abuse experience will also be strongly considered, even if they do not hold a formal degree.
This role functions as a Business Development/Admissions Liaison, responsible for building referral relationships and marketing the program with community partners. The position requires regular travel within a 250-mile radius, covering Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.

For states in which a therapist may act in this role, a Master’s degree in a therapeutic field is preferred.
One (1) or more years of experience working with individuals in a clinical or observational capacity within the facility’s specialty area (substance abuse treatment preferred) is strongly preferred.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
