PURPOSE STATEMENT:
This position will be Full-Time, available shifts are at the discretion of the facilty.
NEW! Bayside Marin has just added a sign on bonus to this title.
This role is the first step towards a meaningful career in supporting people with substance abuse and the complex behavioral health issues that co-exist with addiction. We support and encourage our employees in this position to get certified with their RADT; allowing them to move up to careers in couseling, case management and therapy. All of which Bayside Marin offers.
This position is responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. You will demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, you will strive to acknowledge and work to resolve complaints, recognizing that a patient's safety is a top priority.
Compensation for roles at Bayside Marin varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Bayside Marin provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Calculated Hourly Range for role -- California: $24.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
Sign on bonus: $500, paid in two installments.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
· CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
· First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
