Belmont has an opening for a part-time Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for recruiting as well as a combination of routine, technical, and administrative HR work for the facility. This postion will have the opprtunity to become remote after 30 days of employmet.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist with a variety of HR functions in a facility including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, payroll, training and recognition, benefit communications and employee recognition.
• Have a professional understanding of the HR discipline but limited authority to execute independently and operate under direct supervision.
• Process various HR materials including confidential forms and records such as employment, enrollment and pay changes and maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Perrform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• Two or more year’s previous human resources office experience required.
