We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Dietary Manager to lead our Food and Nutritional Services department. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral healthcare by ensuring quality, compliance, and compassionate care through food.
✨ What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage all food service operations for patients and staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards (including ServSafe)
Supervise and support dietary staff to ensure high-quality meal preparation and delivery
Collaborate with clinical teams to meet patients' nutritional needs
Oversee inventory, ordering, and budget management
Foster a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork, respect, and excellence
🎓 What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Human Nutrition, or related field (preferred)
4+ years of experience in food services, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Certified Dietary Manager credential or active pursuit of certification (as required by state/facility)
