We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Covington Behavioral and support individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges through evidence-based interventions. This role is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality, individualized mental health and behavioral services, and requires a professional with expertise in behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven intervention strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to improving the lives of patients through compassionate, ethical, and effective care.

Range: $33.34-$40.39

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the Specialized Pediatric Unit
 Provides supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Associates
 Trains new staff on ABA techniques
 Keeps abreast of advances in treatment and sets appropriate goals for self-improvement
 Facilitates daily team meetings
 Attends staff meetings as required and completes all yearly mandatory in-services
 Provides direct services to the patients on the Specialized Pediatric Unit
 Conducts the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in a
timely manner
 Participates in performance improvement activities
 Follows all hospital policies and procedures
 Must maintain license or certification in good standing
 Flexible schedule. Possible weekends or evenings when appropriate
 Employee will be required to perform other job related duties as assigned by their supervisor
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
 Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
 Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
 Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
 Experience with working with adolescent population
 Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB
 CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by
facility).
 First aid may be required based on state or facility.
