Location: 4141 S. Highland Dr Ste 202 Holladay, UT 84109

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4pm - 9pm

Pay: $18-$22

 

This position serves in an outpatient center for adults with substance use disorders and other mental health disorders. The position works closely with the therapist and medical teams to ensure clients have a safe, empathetic, and trauma-informed environment that fosters healing and long-term change.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities are:

  • Facilitate substance abuse psychoeducation groups on a daily basis.
  • Complete concise and timely clinical notes.
  • Conduct the intake process for new admits.
  • Attend weekly clinical team meetings.
  • Track monthly intakes and discharges.
  • Serve as clinical office manager.
  • Maintain, order and stock clinical office with supplies.
  • Aid medical provider in weekly visits with clients.
  • Dispense daily medications to clients, documenting each interaction.
  • Interact with provider pharmacy to ensure accurate medication service.
  • Assist therapists with additional needs for clients.
  • Coordinate with after-hours staff to ensure continuum of client care.
  • Maintain a clean facility.
  • Report household repairs to appropriate staff and monitor completion.
  • Provide emotional support to clients by responding to all questions and concerns.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check through the Department of Human Services (Violent/Sexual/Predatory charges and/or convictions will result in denial of background check)
  • Preferred: Minimum 1 year working in treatment setting
