$21.00 - $24.00/hour

 

Responsibilities

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Provides administrative and program support to the Director of Quality. Monitors and assists quality and performance improvement efforts to prevent and effectively respond to risk events.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Monitor and audit program components to ensure compliance with contracts, licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Complete quality analysis reports and identify recommendation for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and oversight of program improvement initiatives and corrective action plans.
  • Assist in the development of new programming and program expansion projects as needed.
  • Participate in program and quality related training as appropriate.
  • Responsible for compiling and distributing material prior to meetings, as well as recording the minutes. 
  • Responsible for department records management.
  • Assist with coordinating and training activities for facility staff to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, as needed.
  • Maintain and update electronic and physical database.
  • Assist in project implementation and system-wide education and compliance initiatives including compliance with State Licensing and CMS regulatory requirements
  • Track projects as assigned throughout the facility, which may include but is not limited to quality council, departmental monitors, board monitors and graphs.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree within a clinical field such as nursing or counseling required. Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field preferred.
  • Three or more years’ experience working in a human services organization with implementation of performance improvement and/or evaluation activities.
  • One or more years’ experience performing work supporting Joint Commission/CARF accreditation preferred.
  • LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
  • First aid may be required based on state or facility.
