Belmont Behavioral Hospital currently has an opening for a Full time, Licensed Therapist with a focus on serving clients within the outpatient services department which could include partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and traditional outpatient (OP) level of care.
The Therapist in Outpatient Services combines the freedom and independence of an outpatient position with the collaboration and teamwork of a clinical team. This therapist will receive the benefits of both aspects of the position as they move between outpatient individual sessions and IOP group facilitation. As a member of the IOP team, this therapist will take part in the treatment planning meeting and clinical discussions with the team, while also maintaining an outpatient caseload. Due to the different levels of care we provide in outpatient, this position provides the ability to gain experience and skill cross multiple levels of care. This therapist will complete the required documentation on each patient on a professional level.
This position works under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer and provides psychotherapy primarily. This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) 18 and older in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
