Our clinical team creates individualized treatment plans that utilize the blend of therapies that will best serve each patient’s needs and recovery goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE COUNSELOR:

•Conduct individual counseling sessions and group or family sessions as scheduled and document as required.
•Facilitate assigned group or family sessions and assist with modifying problem behaviors.
•Responsible for initial assessments, as well as follow up assessment for client.
•Prepare individual treatment plan for each assigned client.
•Evaluate the needs of the client and determine if referrals to other programs or facilities is needed.

EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALLING REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor's degree in social or health services field preferred
•AMFT, ASW, LMFT, LCSW

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in treating patients with PTSD, Depression, anxiety, military, Substance, co-occurring, both adult and adolescent
