At Capitol Park, our BHAs are responsible for providing support to adults recieving mental health services at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. Behavior Health Associtaes will demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards patients. BHAs will address anypatient concerns respectfully, and prioritize patient well-being and recovery at all times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility strongly preferred.
