Position Overview

We are hiring a Program Manager/Case Manager for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Holladay. This role supports adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

 

You’ll work closely with therapists and medical staff to help create a safe, trauma-informed environment that promotes healing and long-term recovery.

 

 

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-Time
  • Days: Monday-Thursday
  • Hours: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM 
  • Pay: $22–$24/hour

  • Reliable commute (or relocation plan) to Holladay, UT 84124
  • Ability to work mid-day and evening shifts

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate psychoeducation groups
  • Assist clients with case management needs including finding resources in the community
  • Meet 1:1 with patients needing case management needs
  • Complete concise and timely clinical notes.
  • Conduct the intake process for new admits.
  • Attend weekly clinical team meetings.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Certified Case Manager or ability to become one within 30 days
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check through the Department of Human Services (Violent/Sexual/Predatory charges and/or convictions will result in denial of background check)
  • Execellent communication and listening skills
  • Empathy and the ability to work with people in distress
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with Medicaid population
    • 2+ year experience in substance use or mental health
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
